After gaining valuable experience as a Junior Web Programmer, I advanced to the position of Senior Web Programmer at Sefas Group. In this role, I continued to develop and maintain corporate websites, CRM systems, HRIS platforms, Credit Limit applications, Asset Management Systems, and other critical web applications. Additionally, I took on greater responsibilities, including monitoring the performance of all systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency, leading a team of developers, and making key decisions related to web development strategies and technologies for the company. This position allowed me to refine my leadership skills, manage complex projects, and contribute significantly to the organization's digital growth.
